What does the trial include?
During your 7-day trial you can try every premium feature — automations, AI tools, file attachments, and n8n / webhooks. The Free plan's caps on users, contacts and deals still apply during the trial — upgrade to Growth to lift them.
What happens after my 7-day trial?
Your data stays safe. You'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using Growth features. If you don't subscribe, you move to the Free plan automatically — nothing is deleted.
How does M-Pesa payment work?
At checkout you'll be redirected to Paystack where you can pay via M-Pesa, debit card, or bank transfer. Payments are processed securely and your subscription activates instantly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your settings page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What if my card fails?
If a renewal payment fails, you get a 5-day grace window — your Growth features keep working and we'll show a banner so you know to update your card. After 5 days unpaid, premium features pause until you fix it. Your data stays safe throughout.
